The Store Manager Dean Duva was awesome! Excellent Customer Service. The first employee that helped me the day before that just disappointed me. I was trying to trade in my old ring to a new one and she gave me less value for what I paid for. And couldn’t give the discount I was asking for because I wasn’t using their credit card. Since I was paying in full, I was expecting a good discount of course. Plus she couldn’t do the math/calculation.?
But then when I came back the next day and spoke with the Store Manager Dean Duva, he just knows exactly what to do. Exceeded my expectations and so much more. Gave me the value for my old ring and gave me the discount I deserve. A very nice guy! Very helpful/accommodating. My go to guy at zales from now on.
