Tru by Hilton Norfolk Airport

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! Rooms are modern and clean! Know coming here this a simplistic hotel, no storage cabinets, but hanger space and plenty of USB, wall outlets and Netflix/Showtime and decent internet. Good location, close to restaurants, airport and highway.

Stayed for a business trip that lasted 87 days and the staff here was PHENOMENAL! So friendly and helpful, they made my extended stay throughout the holidays AWESOME! Very clean facility with a gym and pool table (bonus)! Definitely recommend this facility and location (walking distance to the outlets and restaurants).

The hotel itself is almost brand new and in a fantastic location. The staff did a fantastic job in ensuring things such as surfaces and rooms were being satanized as well as doing their best to promote social distancing. All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure every process from check-in to complementary breakfast went as seamlessly as possible.

My only qualm I had with the hotel was a personal one, the bed itself was a bit too soft for me. However I am fully aware that this is just a personal preference and it shouldn't dissuade anyone from staying at this Tru by Hilton.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area.
