(December 20, 2021, 9:21 am)Today is my first experience on Amtrak. So far it’s been absolutely wonderful! Ms. Tiesha Lewis an awesome awesome employee of Amtrak met us outside the train with the most pleasant and encouraging attitude. Every question I asked was greeted with such an eager willingness to assist us all. I give Ms. Tiesha Lewis 10-stars for making me feel like such a valued and welcomed passenger during my first experience (far better, so far than some of my experiences with the rushed and crowded airlines).

(September 17, 2021, 10:52 pm)Ms. Jessie P. is the best Amtrak Norfolk VA employee that I've had the pleasure to work with. Ms Jessie P. took the word customer service to a whole new level, she went above and beyond to help me with the cancelation of my trip. I got nowhere with the Amtrak website or the 800 number. Ms Jessie P helped take away the stress I was feeling about hitting roadblocks trying to cancel my trip. I wish Ms Jessie P the very best with her career at the Norfolk Amtrak company.
