Kendo is Japanese sword fencing for every age! I am 55. My son is 17. And it pushes the both of us to be better every day. Sensei Kim is phenomenal. Like any good coach he pushes just enough to make you better, and knows when to stop and let you take a breather. Visit the AJBTV Kendo Youtube to get a general idea of what Kendo is, then come and burn off some calories. You be very glad you did.
