Susan Ripley was the best advocate we could have had in a very complicated purchase which involved sellers with bad title issues, attorneys who knew little of real estate title issues, settlement attorneys and litigators who made sloppy errors throughout the process and tried on a number of occasions to strong-arm us into accepting their mistakes. I doubt seriously that Ripley Coastal Closings made any money with the excessive amount of time wasted while sellers continued to struggle with their Title. We are profoundly grateful to Susan.
