Our family has been using NGP to take care of our past 4 Audi vehicles. They have done fantastic work for jobs ranging from standard maintenance, diagnosing problems, all the way up to major overhauls. Their prices are reasonable, the service managers are honest and personable. Their new facility in Manassas Park is a pleasant upgrade over the previous Lorton location.

We have also used them to tune and upgrade the suspension of one of our vehicles, a process which we have found to be flawless. We have been cautioned against modifications that were costly with little upside, and provided other alternatives that have been impactful.

The only downsides is that they don't have loaners, and over the course of the pandemic they've gotten busy - so plan accordingly, and I believe you'll keep coming back like we have.

Brought my A6 in for an APR Tune and coilover adjustments. I emailed them with questions (Mike and Benji) and they were both very responsive and helpful. Once I arrived, they were all very nice and real patient with all my questions. The Manassas location is great, a wide open "new/modern" space w/no concerns about cleanliness or social distancing. I highly recommend them!
