Manassas Yards

I just signed a new lease with this community and I must say from day one Crystal Ragland (Front office Leasing manager) has been such a Blessing! Crystal greeted me over the phone and in person with a smile exemplifying professionalism while yet adding her personal touch ensuring that my onboarding experience has been top notch! I appreciate her honesty and her consistent communication via phone/email explaining things thoroughly so I will not be in the dark. I want to give a Shout out to her Manager Tanya for not only hearing my requests but acting upon them. I truly appreciate you for that. Again, I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Crystal for your patience in walking me thru this entire process and honestly taking my concerns to your Manager on my behalf. That's INTEGRITY and that goes a long way with me. I am excited about my new journey and I only pray this community will be that new home I anticipate it to be. I will be back to update in 3 months in the meantime if you are considering Manassas Yards Apartments as your new home please know the entire front office staff is wonderful and ready to serve you but ask for Crystal Ragland you won't be disappointed. :)

Being new to Virginia I am so happy I found Manassas Yards, its a quiet, safe and clean community. The entire Leasing staff is fantastic! They're responsive and friendly. This really feels like home, and I would say thats saying a lot since I am so far from it. I would recommend to anyone, old, young, student or worker, to become apart of this community. The online portal is also extremely easy to navigate. They give you everything you need. 10/10
