I am the hairdresser here and have been for 6 years. I see a caring place. The residents get good care. Everyone works hard to see to their needs. The people who work are nice and show a lot of love to everyone. I would not of have stayed here if that wasn't what I see. I see alot because they forget I am not an employee but a vendor. I am not paid by the company. I love being here.
They have a great nursing staff and always have help even on the weekends. It is a very nice facility and has a home like environment . The staff is very friendly and helpful.
I have worked here now for a year and every day I see great improvement. Residents who are cared for as family and really connect with their aides and nurses. Staff is friendly and caring. Many who come in under skilled care leave better than when they came in. Our therapy is top notch specializing in many different therapies. We care for many different types of care, respite and hospice. We also are above average in the Medicare Compare Rate of successful return to home and community from a short-stay. We do regular Care Plans and stay in contact with families regarding care. We have lots of fun activities and really encourage residents to have that social interaction. I enjoy working with the residents and being a part of the Madison Community.
