Harbor Freight Tools

Customer service excellence. Was at the store to exchange a tool that quit working properly. Tim the store manager helped look for a replacement since there was not any on the shelves. Went to the back of the store and searched everywhere to no success. I mentioned that I'll take the same tool in smaller size. Issue resolved. I mentioned to hi, how pleasant the workers are at this store compared to the store in Falls Church. Tim - I really appreciate how you helped me. Glad that this store may have replaced the old Mgr (he wore glasses, on the heavy side)

Nathaniel and Tom were extremely helpful and made my experience great. I called prior to coming to make sure they had a specific tool box and Mr. Tom put it aside for me, when I came to pick it up he assisted me lifting it into the car safely. Nathaniel helped me at checkout and had a very cheerful and welcoming character. Thanks to you both!

If it's made in China, it's probably sold here.
Well priced tools and equipment that gets the job done. I wish more Americans products were available at this place. But in crunch time, whenever you just need to fix things, you don't care where's made; you just need to find the right tool. Harbor Freight probably has what you need. The service, on the other hand, is always good.
