Ben at BK Kickboxing provides a structured approach based on experience level. He is extremely welcoming and supportive through training sessions that build upon one another. Highly recommend him for both newcomers and veterans to the sport.

BK Kickboxing is great! Brian is a calm, direct, and effective teacher. If you respect the process, Coach Ben will see that you succeed. The gym itself is great. Lots of room and heavy bags to practice on. If you give BK Kickboxing a try you will learn something and leave with a smile.

during my introduction class, the instructor Ben is extremely knowledgeable on technique and was able adjust to how I moved on the mat given my previous experience is martial arts. If you looking to better yourself whether it be technique/form, fitness, self-defense or a combination of all three then you can’t go wrong with BK Kickboxing.

If your schedule is hectic or can’t make it to the class during a certain time, he is able to accommodate.

Went to a few classes and Ben is an incredible instructor. He is so patient and friendly! He takes into account skill and experience levels and modifies his instruction to suit that well. I had such a good time and an amazing workout that was high energy and fun! I highly recommend coming here!
