We LOVE WellcomeMD and have been affiliated with this practice location for years. Dr Neal Carl, our physician, has always invested time and applied his skills to assess our needs. When the COVID-19 vaccine became available, we were contacted by the office and scheduled the same week. The staff was amazing in quick responses to our questions. E-mail was received with directions for our arrival and administration of the vaccine. Once there, the parking lot area was clearly organized and marked with signage. Staff members were available to greet each vehicle and explain the procedure. Completed forms were collected and the next steps were explained. The vaccine was administered, staff continued to check in with us and we remained on site for the assigned wait time. We have sincere thanks and our highest recommendation for everyone involved to make the whole process safe, effective and timely. We feel so fortunate to have found this dedicated and safe practice.
