They pulled a giant sewing needle out of my daughter’s shoe which went into her foot. Helped her in the wheelchair and everything. And they were sweet as pie. Great staff with a great attitude and super quick and convenient.

I had a giant splinter in my toe. Not the most “urgent” of situations, but I knew I needed a professional to remove it safely. I also knew I didn’t want to spend the whole day at an urgent care facility where you’re treated by degree of urgency. While that makes sense…for a splinter I’d be waiting forever!

At BetterMed, I was able to make an appointment online, complete all my paperwork from my phone, and just walk in. After a quick check-in, I was escorted to a room, where the nicest person told me the deal - I was next, but it was going to be about 30 min because the only practitioner there was doing stitches. With that level of information, I knew the deal, and I was happy to wait.

When the nurse practitioner came in, she couldn’t have been nicer! Swift, confident, sensitive to my level of pain, she took care of me in a jiffy, and I’m grateful for her level of care, concern and compassion.

Walked-in with a sick child because our typical urgent care was absolutely slammed! Was seen quickly and didn’t have to worry about picking up something in the waiting room. Fast service, quick results! In and out much faster than expected. Will definitely be my go-to for urgent care in the future!

I loved that I could make an appointment online. The facility is clean and nice-looking. I was immediately checked in. The woman checking me in was efficient in her job but also compassionate and helpful. She gave me a water and cough drops and was so kind when I was feeling so poorly. I immediately went back to a room and was seen promptly. The doctor listened and provided great care to alleviate my health issues. She was also kind and helpful. This was my first time coming here, but I will definitely be back.
