(September 18, 2021, 6:53 am)Calabash is the best seafood restaurant in town. They’ve updated the interior decor since I have last eaten there. Since I moved back to Mechanicsville, I wanted to visit. I had the crab cakes and they were delicious! My friend got shrimp scampi which really needed more garlic. My landlubber friend had the chicken parmesan and he cleaned the plate. Of course the hush puppies were great too. Reasonably priced, wonderful family run restaurant, friendly staff. Always a go-to place.
