I cannot thank David and Lynn enough for them help they've given me with several power equipment projects.
I've brought them a generator that had been left outside, in started for 2 years and David got it up and running.
Most recently I brought them a 15yo Craftsman lawn tractor that was having drive belt issues. They had it done and ready for me in a couple of days. Unfortunately some other responsibilities came up and it was a month before I got there to bring it home.
No problem. We understand. A handshake. And done.
Worth every penny to support a real local business with a real experienced team.
Great people, David Martin is easy going and a pleasure to work with. Old school, honest, have purchased two lawn tractors from him in the past.
Symplicity mower I got from him 22-23 years ago has been great. Need to talk with him now on doing a engine rebuild, needs rings an I just can't do it anymore. Most people would scrap it but I love the mower and want it fixed. Neighbors are tired of me fumigating the street everytime I cut the grass! LOL
Best people to deal with. Honest, reliable and old school handshake business practices put these people on the top of my list. I drive 45 minutes past many others to get my service done with them! 5 stars!
Could not be more pleased with Dick Martin Lawn & Garden Equipment. Lynn and David were great to work with. They cater to small businesses and residential customers. They replaced 2 motors on our Lawn Doctor patented lawn fertilizing machines using detailed video and manual instructions. They had never done anything like it before and were very excited for the challenge. Their fee was very fair. Their service was done quickly and the work was top quality. Dave and Lynn have been taking care of my lawn equipment for years and they are the BEST! Exceptional customer service! They are always willing to go the extra mile. Even though their prices are fair and reasonable, I am still willing to pay them more than what I would have to pay a big box store, simply because of the way they take care of me.
