I DON'T UNDERSTAND ALL THE NEGATIVE REMARKS ABOUT THE STAFF UP FRONT. NOT ANSWERING THE PHONES , RUDENESS,ETC. IN HAMPTON. THIS IS SO NOT TRUE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BEEN TREATED WITH ANYTHING BUT THE MOST KIND, RESPECTFUL, MANNER I COULD ASK FOR. MY CALLS ARE ALWAYS ANSWERED. I've being seeing Dr. Shah for years going back to when I first moved to VA almost 20 yrs. ago. I am confused by the extremely opposing reviews I have just read. My experience has been a positive one.
The entire staff was very friendly and professional I did not have to wait, my husband and I was in and out in one hour with test results and sleeping equipment Dr. Shah was very professional and caring made sure I understood my test results and give me a copy. He explain the importance of using the CPAP machine If you looking for a excellent Doctor see Dr. Shah he has been my Doctor for 20 years.
