(September 8, 2021, 1:04 pm)I scheduled my state inspection and 12000 mile service 3 weeks ago on my Genesis g70. When I showed up yesterday, my courtesy car was inside waiting for me. I signed the rental agreement, we exchanged keys, and I was out of there in 5 min. Three hours later I got a text that my car was ready. When I arrived, it was pretty hot outside, but my car was inside, cool and ready to go. It had been inspected, oil changed, cleaned inside and washed outside, and had a special window treatment. The car looked great. We exchanged keys and I was out of there. As usual, Sam Pedraza had everything ready and made it a pleasant experience for me.
(August 7, 2021, 8:32 pm)5 stars for Bill and the team at Tysinger. He was extremely helpful as we shopped for a new vehicle and walked us through the process while finding the perfect vehicle. Pam, Marci, and Lloyd were tremendous as well. Thanks again!
