Papa John's is probably my favorite of the fast food pizza chains, and this is a convenient location in the area. Ordering over the phone was a bit of an ordeal, especially since the person taking me order seemed to have a hard time understanding me and kept going around in circles for clarification. It was a ten-minute process for a couple of items, including holds. I'll probably just order online if I come back. Fortunately, the service was a lot better at the store, though not overly friendly, but best of all, my food was ready on time and I didn't need to wait very long. The food was fresh and tasted good, though the garlic knots were a bit greasier and more overcooked than usual.

I had a bad experience tonight. However, We frequently order from this location, and normally everything is hot and fresh, also accurate. Keep Surpassing expectations, we'll keep ordering!
