AT&T Store

I went into the AT&T store to see about changing my number under someone else’s account because of a bad situation I was in. The associates did let me know what would all have to happen in order to make that happen. Then I was advised to just change my number and get my own account, so that’s exactly what I did. I am super happy that I made that choice. I feel I made the best decision with the advice I was given. The associates in the store were very friendly, listened to my problems, and let me know all the ways I can make my phone situation better. Also, the store was very clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend going to this store for any of your phone needs and they will be more than happy to oblige.

Tito was remarkable. He took care of me. Explained the difference from good ( IPhone) to greatness ( Samsung) I appreciate him being very attentive.

I extremely pleased with my visit and very happy at how professionally I was treated and also waited on by Ms. Collette from the Hampton store showed patience and listened to my needs. Clarity in understanding on her end and mine really made me opt to stay with AT&T I was ready to throw in the towel and walk away from the company. And not only have I've purchase my phones from AT&T I ended up purchasing more items I'm Definitely lock in with AT&T 🥰🥰🥰

I came in at the last minute to add a line to my business account and Tito was very helpful, and quick and got me out in 20 minutes with great deals. Very helpful and wouldn’t trade service for anyone. I’m coming back tomorrow to get more accessories.
