RimTyme Custom Wheels and Tires

I went to rimtyme today to get new tires and tires put on my car and they helped me right away. I wanna thank Lauren and Bryan who put the wheels on and did an amazing job. They were helpful and also worked fast to get the it done at a good price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I visited Rimtyme in Hampton to inquire about purchasing tires for my car. My experience was absolutely amazing. Tasha who is at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in every way possible. I also had a conversation with Lauren who is the General Manager. Both ladies helped me with getting the correct tires I needed. I needed a new set of tires. I called and a gentleman named Ron answered the phone. Although I could tell they were busy, he was friendly, polite and professional. He helped me and never once did he make me feel rushed and made me feel like a valued customer. I've also spoken to several other employees in the store and every last one of them is on point with their service.
