Everyone involved with Orange Theory Mainstreet is so supportive and uplifting from the minute you check out until you leave drenched in sweat. The workouts are never boring and I feel challenged and accomplished every day.

Just had my first workout and loved it! Mary kept the energy high and kept me wanting to push myself. I loved being able to watch my heart rate so I knew when to work harder and when I needed to slow down. I also loved how I felt welcomed and always knew what to do next, to beat the newbie nerves! The great music was a nice addition to keep me moving. Will definitely be coming back!

They work with you to meet you where you are with your fitness routine. If you are recovering from an injury, they provide options for modifications to the exercises and encourage you to do what you can! Love the support that the team at OTF Fairfax provides!

OTF is probably the best thing for me and my health. It requires a lot of personal motivation, I’m not gonna lie. I love how the coaches main purpose is to push you to achieve your goals and are there for you every step of the way. I felt so welcome when I joined my first class. Erich and Lindsay have been AMAZING so far! I can’t wait for more classes!
