This is a little different for me to rate before receiving the service but I have to give the customer service an excellent rating! It is true first impressions mean everything! I was referred to Shawna after having a not so pleasant experience with another business. I have had the pleasure of communicating with Jayden who has shown so much professionalism and patience with me in providing the availability of and suggestions of the proper services I should have for my locs. Shawna is so friendly and patient. Took my nephew who is 5 years old to get starter locs. Most stylist are not patient with children. She interact with him. She is not the stylist who takes your money and not give you healthy hair tips. I highly recommend, Shawna!

Very professional and educational. My second time going and I will keep coming back. I always have questions about my hair and she has a answer ! I fell in love at my first appointment because she took her time and washed my hair so good lol. She pays attention to your hair and scalp and offer tips and I think that is a good quality to have as a stylist.
