Great customer service! Always polite and professional. Wonderful employees, especially, Abby, Rachel, and Linda. I use this pharmacy, even though some medications are cheaper at other stores. I believe in supporting local and small businesses. At Reed's in Berryville, you are not just a number, you are r treated with respect and they take the time to answer customers questions. All this despite being a small area to work in and not enough help. They could really use a cashier at all times! Despite all this they are always kind and professional. As stated before, to the owners, they need more help. It is employees like Abby, Rachael, Linda, and others whose name I cannot recall at this time, that keeps our family coming back to the Berryville, Va location. I have tried to call the owners to express my gratitude, but, never heard back. You are very fortunate to have such conscientious employees! Abby is a wonderful new addition!

Love this place! Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. I've never had to wait for too long to get prescriptions filled. Much better than other pharmacies I've used in town.

Great little pharmacy. Always friendly and look out for their customers. None of those big pharmacies give you the one on one attention that they do every time! Always polite and courteous.
