I have found the quality and friendliness of the nurses to be exceptional. Perhaps others who have found something different were having bad days themselves. And, of course, I have the greatest respect and admiration for my doctor who diagnosed my back problem after getting the results of the MRI and sent me to a neurosurgeon who operated and I've not had a pain since.
