When I called they were very Respectful I just can't remember if y'all buy snowboarding equipment that's brand new or not I guess I'll find out y'all's in store personality soon.let me be clear on this these two snowboards have never even had boots screwed in them I'd say that is pretty new

I want to thank you guys for giving my skis a tune-up. They look beautiful. I needed the bindings adjusted and you just did it right there. Super cool of you. If that was all I needed you would've just sent me on my way no doubt without a charge. I live in New Orleans and you shipped them back to me, and I got them back very quickly with no issues. You can tell people that are in business because of the joy and love they have for that field. I've talked and interacted with several people from that store and it's obvious you guys are in it for the right reasons. Really really grateful for you guys going the extra mile. Good products and selection. The owner is knowledgeable and has been in the business for years. I’ve been coming to the ski center (well, their old location in Midlothian) since 2007. I remember the days when Joe worked here and sold Santa Clause (ie my mom) my new boots, bindings, and snowboard every few seasons. Young gentleman who got the boots from the back was a nice kid. I knew what I wanted and what to look for when trying on the boots so I didn’t really need much assistance. Only advice I would give him for future customers is to know when to take a seat and let the customer do their thing. If a customer says they have been riding since 13 (is now 30) and has lived in Colorado, and taken multiple trips out west… it should be safe to assume they don’t need much help or advice.
