(March 31, 2023, 11:34 am)Bianca and Hannah and the rest of the management staff at Colony at Centerpointe are always so gracious and eager to assist me with anything I might need. Their response time is almost immediate and they follow up to make sure any issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. After being a homeowner for so many years, I wasn't sure what to expect as an apartment resident. It's been an amazingly positive experience! The few times I've placed a maintenance request, Ryan and Joel have been prompt and very professional in the service they deliver and the care they take while making repairs. I would highly recommend Colony to anyone considering apartment life!
Ryan and Joel are fantastic! I had a maintenance issue this morning and they arrived only a few hours later to take care of it. They are very professional, courteous and dedicated to making sure Colony residents are well cared for. Thank you again, Ryan and Joel!!

(February 7, 2023, 10:42 pm)Ryan Grady is literally a knight in shining armor. He has helped me on several occasions and his work is flawless. My kitchen would not be working without him. Colony at Centerpointe is lucky to have him, along with Joel and Arnaldo.
(February 6, 2023, 1:09 pm)I can honestly say I've enjoyed my experiences here the past year and half. The office has always been very friendly. Bianca always welcomes me with a smile when I walk in. I have dealt with Diamond briefly and she was nice too. But Hannah is the one who keeps it running smooth. Attentive, resident-focused. Always has events for the residents that are thoughtful and appreciated! I told them about the paper towel dispensers in the bathroom and they got new dispensers. Something as small as that makes a difference to me!
Maintenance is awesome and of the big reasons I like this property. Joel is really friendly and Arnaldo is also great but Ryan Grady gets it done. A microwave went out and Ryan got the microwave the next day. He communicates, he's professional, and a good guy. Been to a few complexes and overall impressed with the team here!
