I have met new friends that are like minded and enjoy the camaraderie while working out. The variety of classes offered in a smaller setting keeps things interesting and safer during these challenging times.

She offers not only Personal Training, but also group classes of Pilates, Yoga, Functional Fitness, Shine, Barre, and some Aerobic/Tabata-like classes. I credit her with helping me to retain balance & flexibility as I age. The studio space is perfect and the other clients are welcoming. You should join us!

Andrea has not only kept us healthy, but we credit her with the fact that my husband made it through open heart surgery so well. We believe that she saved his life by keeping him healthy. There are not enough ways to say how important this business is to our lives.
