I had a wonderful experience at Verizon, located at 10030 Hull Street Rd. The store was clean, organized and inviting. I was greeted immediately. My sales Representative ,Yolanda, was absolutely lovely. What could have been, a stressful and expensive situation, was not at all. Yolanda was warm, kind, calming, funny and extremely knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured in to purchasing a certain model. I felt comfortable and supported while having my options presented to me. Yolanda's customer service care are second to none. Fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience upgrading g my phone & getting a 1st phone for my son. Cam took his time found all possible discounts, showed me all tve features & set the parental controls. Highly recommend.

Great service by Courtney. She did everything she could to fix my phone and then when there was no saving it, helped me pick and set up my new phone. Somehow along the way also managed to save my family money on our monthly bill.
