Saia LTL Freight

If you need a job they're probably hiring. They seem shorthanded. My package sat in their warehouse all week and I finally went and got it myself today

Driver Joseph (I think was his name) was wonderful. He was professional and friendly and I wish all drivers were so great! We had an issue with our delivery, and with no hesitation, he called his dispatch person to get the ball rolling on a clam. We took possession of the product to see if we could still use it even though it looked like it might be damaged by the box. Turns out they were fine, buy the claims company for Saia even followed up to make sure we had what we needed.

I am going to say that I read all the negative reviews and was a little scared, but I received outstanding service! I watched the updates of my large sized delivery travel across the country and when it arrived at the local depot, they called me right away!!! The representative that called was extremely nice and set a delivery time! The driver called me and told me the time he would be there. He was very nice and was even going to deliver EARLY!
When he arrived, he was again super nice and fast! It was impressive to me that he could drive an 18 Wheeler into my neighborhood! My experience we excellent! Fast service and friendly employees!
