(September 3, 2022, 2:30 pm)Everything was smooth and staff super nice! Overall great experience. My only complaint is my apartment was not as clean as I would expect. Floors were very dusty, had to vacuum before bringing in my furniture, cobwebs on the fan, and an open drink left in the freezer.
(August 20, 2022, 4:15 pm)I lived here for 5 years , and it was a wonderful experience. The inconsistencies with the office staff make it very difficult to conduct business about needs that your home needed in a timely manner. There will several months where I was without air-conditioning because they wouldn’t fix it I just believe that the staffing needs to be taken more seriously when this is someone’s home in someone’s needs with the price that you pay shouldn’t have to get so upset with the situation to get answers and it’s very hard to be consistent when there’s a new staff every other day.
(August 7, 2022, 10:16 pm)Only moved in a few days ago. Good experience so far. Ms. Robyn in the office was very helpful. My apartment was recently renovated. I like it. Plus the neighborhood is clean and pretty quiet.
(May 14, 2022, 1:49 pm)Emma and Queen Tonya are the best River Forest team ever. Emma and Queen Tonya helped me understand my monthly rental charges and rectified my issue instantly. When I visit the office they know me by name and greet me with a smile. I love my new upgraded apartment and all the amenities. It is definitely a breath of fresh air to live in a community who cares about their residents. Emma and Queen Tonya are the new face for River Forest.
