OMNI has great customer service. When calling there office their Receptionist voice is uplifting and eager to help you in way she can! There techs are very professional and friendly. They are very informative regarding your equipment! There customer service is so refreshing!

As a Facilities Coordinator, it is my job to bring in the best vendors for our business. I have been working with Amy Rose from Omni for about six months and it was the best decision I could have made for my business. Amy is a great communicator and really knows how to make you feel comfortable and not pressured into buying products. She is pleasant to work with and I always look forward to our catch ups and new products they have to offer. In addition, her service techs are knowledgeable and always come out in a timely manner to assets any situation we might have.
