I've been going to Atlantic Pain Intervention & Rehabilitation for about 6 months now for arthritic shoulder. The pain was so bad I would lose sleep for days. From my first visit to now the staff was very friendly, courteous, professional and timely. Dr. Topalli runs an efficient operation keeping the focus on his patients. He listens and understands what his patients say. Top line professional in my eye. I wanted to aggressively treat this pain but Dr. Topalli took the extra time to discuss my problem with me and explained that he felt a conservative approach to begin with and if necessary move to a more aggressive approach over time to alleviate the pain. I'm glad to say that walking away from the office today I experience minimal pain. I highly recommend him for pain management!
