(July 24, 2017, 6:28 pm)These guys are the real MVPs! I ordered a pin, my first iscream pin and when I received it there were a few noticeable blemishes. When one of the head honchos at the factory saw my plight, he blessed me with customer service so intense and thorough that my spirit was raised from the deepest pits of hell to the highest mountains of holiness.
Okay, that's definitely an exaggeration, but I give them a 10/10, A +++++, gold star, etc. etc. etc. on customer service. Fast and friendly. Would scream for iscream a million times over. Again and again. Until my last dying breath.
If you are ordering from them, fear not!!!! High quality products with customer service to match. You guys rock!
