Lee was my property manager for my home in Chesapeake for the past ten years. I was an out of state owner so it was a relief having someone I could trust to screen tenants and schedule the inevitable repairs that come with a rental property. Lee was extremely responsive if I texted or emailed with a question and he provided me feedback on all repairs. Having weathered a few hurricanes it was comforting to know Lee was in the area to check on both the tenants and the property. When I put the home up for sale this summer Lee coordinated all prep work to get the property on the market. After the tenants moved out he scheduled work and had the house ready in less than two weeks and I had a full price offer within five days! I highly recommend Lee and his company for both property management and real estate services.
