(August 23, 2022, 12:09 pm)I stopped in yesterday to start renting a storage unit, and Jessica was phenomenal to work with! Despite a kind of gloomy, rainy day she was extremely cheerful and pleasant. She was also able to thoroughly answer all of my questions regarding Public Storage's policies, and helped me to fill out the application in just a few minutes.
The storage unit itself is a storage unit. You're going to get what you're looking for. My customer service experience yesterday was above and beyond.

Very friendly too- one of the most genuine people I've met in the state so far! Our unit was exactly what we expected and pretty clean for an outdoor storage area.
