Quick and easy payment. Order was correct after pickup. Appreciate the drive through feature as well.

I work nearby and order 1-2 times every 2 weeks on my really busy work days. I have always had the greatest people deliver my orders, pleasant and kind each time. I order through the app now (track rewards!), but customer service over the phone was always great as well.

Their sandwiches are good and the service is fast.

Jimmy John's is always one of my favorite places to go when picking up a sub sandwich after a long hard day. The sub rolls are baked fresh daily. I can say nothing but "great service" at the location on Cedar Road, which is the sandwich shop I frequent. The restaurant is always neat and clean. My favorite is #1 Ham & Provolone, 16-inch Giant. The sub is never soggy and always real fresh when you take that first bite. I am a picky eater, so I have special requests and the people who serve me always act happy to accommodate my requests. Thank you, Jimmy John’s, for continuing to stay open during the Covid-19 for take out only (I am glad our Governor has lifted the restrictions a little so patrons can go inside). I really appreciate your service and food! :)
