If it was we made too much for this program we didn't make enough for another program option. William and Henry worked tirelessly to not only make sure our first home purchase worked out but that it was done in record time of move out date from our apartment complex. Thanks to Urbana RE we now own our first home and our family couldn't be happier.
(April 22, 2015, 4:36 pm)I have been working with William McCoy and his company for about five years now on a home I own in Alexandria, VA. As a management company they have been responsive to my needs and no complaints from my tenants.
They also helped me sale my home after my tenants' lease ended which was discounted to 1.5% on the listing side and 2.5% buyer side. This was great!
