Went in there looking for a spare part for the bike so I could use my trainer. When walked in and started speaking to the employee, he was extremely busy but he took the time to speak with us and looked for the part we were asking for and provided it no issues. Extremely grateful of this bike shop and would highly recommend coming here if needing a friendly shop with great service.

Marco is kind, generous and extremely professional. His repairs were quick and effective, he put in extra effort like tightening all bolts and even put on a few extra special touches. He saved our holiday and turned this first time customer into a loyal patron. Thanks Marco! 😀
