Been here for 7 months (Glen Fowler) owner who passed away was a stand up man who took a person at there word. Great WiFi laundry is good and kept working, showers and restrooms are decent but could use finishing on the inside. Charles, on site manager is fantastic and Marie Fowler ( took over for her late husband) is really amazing. Pet friendly, good neighbors, clean and has incredible video surveillance for our protection! Trains are a major issue when you first arrive, after the first week I rarely notice them.
