(July 1, 2021, 11:34 am)We went in to add my husband's phone to my Cricket plan, it was later in the day and even though it took a while to switch from his current provider to Cricket, Andrew was SO friendly and helpful!! People like him are what makes a company so awesome!! Thanks Andrew for making us feel like every customer matters!!
(November 9, 2019, 8:27 am)I switched from AT&T to Cricket. Even though they are affiliated I was tired of being overcharged. I counted it up and AT&T overcharged me over $500 over last two years due to their multiple call centers never able to get anything right. Regardless, the manager at the LV store, Jennifer, is great to work with and she ported all my phones to Cricket so I got to keep my current phone #s. I’m now paying $99/month instead of $267. I’m using the limited data plan since I have wifi in my home and my family mints have never exceeded the 22GB/month per phone. The cell signal where I live (between LV and SS) is equivalent to AT&T service.
