(July 7, 2023, 12:42 am)I had a good amount of damage from being clipped by a trailer, expecting a long stay in the shop, they worked effortlessly with my insurance, updated me via text and had my car out wayyy sooner than expected. Went over their work to make sure it was done perfect. Easy and great communication.
(March 25, 2023, 12:52 pm)This is perhaps the best service and repair I have had on any product I have purchased. The care, communication and honesty that was put into ensuring I was comfortable and informed about the repair was beyond anything I would have expected.
While the repair took an extra few days this was not the fault of the repair shop. This was a problem with getting parts and matching paint. I do not fault Classic for this and Julio communicated almost every day about the delay and apologized but I understand this was outside of his control.
My truck went in looking a dirty mess due to weather and came back to me as a brand new truck. I cannot thank them any more for the care and service they performed

They completed work quickly and kept me updated via phone and text. The best part was picking my vehicle up to find it thoroughly cleaned and tires shining. That was really the extra mile!
