Gold's Gym Cypress Creek

Very clean and spacious and not too crowded during off hours. I only deduct a star because I had a weird interaction with the personal training program and a personal trainer there who is no longer working there. It kind of turned me off to doing any extra programs with Gold's gym in general. I only stopped going to this gym because I moved shortly after I signed up.

This location is always kept very tidy and machines always seem to be super clean! Staff is always outgoing and friendly - doing their jobs, but never interrupting my day to try to up-sell me on a higher membership or to get persoanal training! I know all of those options are there if I ever decide to explore them, but it feels like the ball is left in my court to bring this up and I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT!! Love this location

Plenty of space for cardio, free weights, and machines to be separated. Also a strong fitness class participation for those that enjoy that. In the morning when I go there are definitely more women
