I have been coming to your yoga classes 1-2 times a week from last 5 years. Shalini is awesome. I love your yoga.It is full of energy filled with joy, positive thoughts , breathing exercises and wonderful poses.
You let us share our thoughts and at the same time make us do excellent yoga.
Your yoga is my first option to relive any pain. I am glad I started your yoga , it helped me to have a smooth transition from working mom to stay at home mom. After delivery with sleepless nights ....I used to get easily irritated , and over concern. Your Yoga put me back in right balance and became more strong both physically and emotionally. Thank you.
