And came back and picked it up the next day. The truck was nice and clean and fueled ready to go. It was the best truck buying experience I've ever had. (May 6, 2019, 8:19 pm)I was headed from Santa Fe to Centerpoint with my 4 year old Friday, and my Ford Escape started overheating. I pulled over by the dealership, and went inside, still panicked over my vehicle wondering how I'd ever make it to my parents house. Mike and Susan went above and beyond to make sure my water pump got replaced so i could continue my drive to see my parents and for my little girl to see her grandma and pawpaw. they had my vehicle looked at right away, the issue diagnosed (water pump), and even sent the driver to go get the parts. Mike shared some of his candy stash with my daughter, and Susan turned on cartoons to keep her entertained. they kept offering to grab lunch for us (we were there for over 4.5 hours) and never once showed anything but compassion to my daughter and I. I work at a dealership, so I'm really used to being in that environment, and seeing the way they interact with customers was absolutely stunning. they turned my discouraging situation into a great day with people my daughter and I will ALWAYS remember. they even smiled when my restless 4 year old would just go run around, or talk to them while they were working. I will never forget how much they helped me that day, and I will forever be grateful for such sweet, and kind hearted people.

(July 15, 2017, 1:55 pm)Second generation buyer of Gary. Just bought my 3rd vehicle from him(my mom has probably bought 10+) and will not buy from anyone else. If he doesn't have it on the lot, he will get it for you. He goes over and beyond to make your purchase as easy as possible. Thanks Hef!
(February 13, 2017, 5:14 pm)I enjoyed every bit of the experience at Tradition's Chevrolet. Mike, Gary, and the rest are simply the best. I will never buy from anyone else. I will be recommending everyone go to Tradition's from now on.
