(November 11, 2021, 2:07 am)Not sure how most of the folks here are complaining about the customer service for getting replacement parts. I needed 2 cook chamber grates for my Brazos. I called and Enrique answered on the first ring. I told him what I needed and he sent me an email with payment instructions. I sent him payment and had my grates in 4 business days. Easy peasy, couldn’t have asked for an easier experience.
