(January 15, 2020, 9:30 pm)My experience have always been nice. The staff have been friendly and helpful. They do get busy during peak hours but they do have 2 kiosks to pay your bill. The kiosk is simple and easy to use touch screen with a number key pad . It doesn't accept cash only debit/credit card. Also they do have a restroom if the waiting takes long.
***2020 Update: the kiosks now accepts cash makes payment much faster and easier. FYI:it doesn't give change back. It counts it for next month bill.
(September 11, 2018, 3:57 pm)Store is very clean and there was 5 different representatives to help out. Guy who helped us out was kind of knowledgable on some of the devices. He help us out with the transaction and even put on the new cover glass on the phone. He just lacked more motivation and a bit of customer service. Spending 1000 dollars should bring a different vibe to the table, specially customer service. Overall it was ok.
