Machines are clean and up-to-date, staff is friendly, locker rooms are well maintained. Most of the clientele are responsible with reracking weights so equipment is easy to find, and most times readily available.
Atmosphere is fantastic, people from all stages of their health/physique journey can be seen here. It's not just for newbies, or PRO Athletes...all are welcome.

Gets a little full (but what good gym doesn't). Good selection of machines and it's usually pretty clean.

I enjoy it because it is close by, however for $10 a month crunch is open 24hrs a day. They need to extend their hours those of us who work full time can’t always make it. 2nd I wish they have more leg machines. Otherwise I get a good workout when I go there: it is clean, machines and other equipments are in great condition.

We started back working out two months ago here. Previously we also worked out here prior to Covid, when it was 24 Hour Fitness. Great helpful staff, very good equipment, excellent accessories like a lap pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. They do have a place for children to play while parent(s) work out. There is a group room for class instruction with instructors and specialized equipment.

This gym has it all. Great parking space, clean location with towel service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Child care, sauna, steam room, big pool and jacuzzi, basketball court, cardio cinema. It’s more pricey than other gyms in the area but totally worth it.
