Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Pflugerville

The staff here has been very friendly to me and professional as well. I survived for 4 days there thanks to those fine professionals.

Quick visit at the Baylor Scott and White ER and an overnight stay at the Hospital. ER Dr. Richerson, Nurse Ramiro and the X-Ray Technician were terrific. Kept my mind at ease. They were genuinely concerned about my condition. I was admitted for observation quickly and didn't have to sit in the ER waiting too long. The patient room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Nurse Carina and Nurse Alexis were professional, the nicest ever and very attentive. Nobody hounded me about how I was going to pay, like other hospital stays I've had. I wasn't waken every hour for vitals, I was able to rest. Room service meals were plenty delicious. Hospital attending Dr. Roopireddy was very thorough. Even the Pharmacy offered to personally deliver my medications. I've been using this BSW since July 2010. The staff always remembers me and they are very professional and friendly. Discharge was easy and quick. All and all it was the best place for me to go to handle my condition. Thank you to all.

Been to several different hospitals systems over the years. I can say without any reservations that Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Pflugerville ER staff are awesome. The nurses, doctor, and other employees were very nice, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me to get well. Thank you all for what you do. Will definitely go back if I need medical treatment.
