Food and service were good, I went through the drive thru so I can't rate the atmosphere

Called multiple companies after the snow-pacolyspe of 2021. The sales person Mike walked me through the whole process. Gave me ideas for questions to ask the other solar companies and had a great presentation. The presentation alone was amazing.

Once the process started, Bonnie T, my account /construction contact with Sunlux, it made every fear I've ever had about home updates and upgrades go away. She was helpful, timely, and cared about what I needed answers too.

The installation crew did an amazing job. They finished my 15kw system in about 3 days. They came back and showed me how to check my production levels on the app and how the system will work once my battery is installed.

I highly recommend Sunlux for all of your solar needs. Don't let the ice and heat get you down and out again. Call Sunlux solar and get some panels and backup battery installed.

I really appreciate their transparency with me on how the solar system works, benefits of having one, their warranties (DEFINITELY worth looking into) and their quick response. They truly put a lot of work in the customer experience and have made me a happy one. Please reach out to them when ever you can.
