This was a lucky break. Glad i found this place. I am so pleased how fast they got my computer up and running in a timely manner. Very reasonable price. Thanks yall.

I had a great experience with Lance here today. He was pulling out of the parking lot for a parts run and pulled back in when he saw me turning into his parking lot to help me out. I needed a cable repaired and I didn't have the necessary tool to do it, called That Bytes! because they're very close. Lance was knowledgeable and helpful over the phone and in person. Highly recommend.

Lance diagnosed the power up issue with our laptop within minutes (bent central pin on the DC power connector) and fixed it immediately at no charge. I was very impressed and thrilled with the service and quick fix, and would highly recommend That Bytes!

Lance was always pleasant to interact with. Communication was a bit lacking on the status of our repair and it took much longer than we had hoped, but ultimately we received our MacBook back repaired and ready to go. Lance also compensated us a bit for the delay. It’s hard to please everyone, but Lance seems to genuinely care about his customers. That’s hard to find these days.

Small and easy to drive past UT, so use your GPS. Excellent customer service, they can handle our crisis; no problem! Friendly guys do Excellent work. They even have some replacement parts on hand.
