This is a local small business in Austin that I love doing business with! Joe and Donna as a team are great to work with for buying or selling property. Professional, responsive, understanding, and most of all they seem to know the business of real estate inside and out. I have been very happy with Beaver Real estate as a property manager from a tenants point of view. They are pretty quick to address any problem and reply to emails very quickly. There is also a convenient mail drop slot if you need to get anything to them after hours.
